We are a buying agent. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse. We do not manufacture anything ourselves.

When you place an order, our team in the right country walks into the right store and buys the piece for you. The stores are official — the brand's own retail locations, or authorized multi-brand retailers.

• Always official brand stores or authorized retailers
• Never grey-market resellers. Never intermediaries.

What we check before dispatch (4-point inspection)

1. The right item — correct style, color, and size
2. The condition — no transit damage, no visible manufacturing defects
3. The packaging — original tags, labels, and box where applicable
4. The receipt — the original receipt from the official retailer travels with your order

After that, we and our service partners handle customs in full. The price you paid at checkout is the final price — no extra payment at the door. We deliver to your address through trusted couriers.

If anything is wrong — wrong item, defect, or a genuine question — you have 14 days from delivery to raise it. We make it right.
