The process

How we hire

  1. 01

    Application

    Submit your CV and a brief note on why this role and why now. No cover letter template — tell us something specific.

  2. 02

    Screening call

    A 20-minute call with the hiring manager. We ask about your background, you ask about the role. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Task

    A short take-home task relevant to the role. Buying candidates do a sourcing brief; engineers do a small technical task. Nothing over 2 hours.

  4. 04

    Final interview

    Meet two or three team members. One conversation about the work, one about how you operate. No panel grilling.

  5. 05

    Offer

    We move quickly. Offers go out within 5 business days of the final interview. We negotiate in good faith.
