Reach out via WhatsApp, the booking form, or by calling us. Tell us your preferred service level and a brief summary of what you are looking for.

We send a short style brief form — ten questions covering your size, occasion, colour preferences, budget, and any brands you love or avoid.

Your stylist builds a selection of 8–15 options within 24 hours. You approve, reject, or request alternatives. We iterate until the edit is right.

Approved items are inspected, packaged, and shipped with full insurance. Your stylist follows up after delivery to confirm everything meets expectations.
