Returns

- EligibilityReturns are accepted when the item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is completely different from what was ordered, or is not original. As a personal-buying-agent service, all other sales are final.
- How to requestOpen Account → Orders → tap “Report an issue” next to the order within 14 days. Include photos of the item and packaging. Our team reviews each case within 2 business days.
- RefundOnce we’ve inspected and approved your return, we issue your refund within 2 business days on our side. Credit-card refunds typically land within 4–14 business days depending on your bank. Return shipping is covered by Best Brands when the case is a verified defect, wrong item, or non-original dispute.
How we source
We buy every order directly from the brand's own stores or from authorized retailers in seven countries — see how we source for the full process. Every order passes a 4-point inspection before dispatch. If you have a genuine question about an item you received, our team reviews it within 48 hours; if anything is wrong, you receive a full refund plus return shipping at no cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same policy as returns — available for defective, wrong, or non-original items. For size or style changes, please contact our concierge before ordering; we are happy to advise via WhatsApp so you order the right piece the first time.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We arrange pickup at no cost and prioritise replacement or a full refund — most cases are resolved within 5 business days.
